About me
28 years in practice as a COTAL in a mental health setting. I love working with the DD/MI population. I have been working alongside our leadership team to expand OT services into other departments/teams at our agency. Looking forward to growth in the area of Infant Mental Health, Behavioral Youth, Autism program, and implementing groups at our crisis residential facility. If anyone has recommendations to assist with growing the team I would be interested in hearing from you or litature that I should reveiw that would be great. :)
